What Happens On The Strategy Call
The free strategy call is a 30-minute Zoom or phone session with Slade, the founder of My Digital Sidekick. It's not a sales pitch and there's no obligation to work with us afterwards. The goal is to give you a clear, honest read on where your business currently sits online and what the fastest path to more enquiries actually looks like.
Before the call, we'll take a quick look at your website, Google Business Profile, Facebook page and any active ad accounts. On the call, we'll walk you through what's working, what's holding you back, and the two or three highest-leverage changes you could make in the next 30 days, whether you end up working with us or not.
Who This Call Is For
We work almost exclusively with Australian trades and service businesses — fencers, deckers, landscapers, roofers, concreters, painters, electricians, plumbers, glaziers, crane hire, agistment and similar. If you run a business that books jobs and gets paid by the quote, you're in the right place.
The call is most useful if you're doing $200K+ in annual revenue, have capacity to take on more work, and want a steady pipeline of qualified leads rather than chasing referrals. How long until I see leads?
With Meta Ads, most clients see their first qualified enquiries within the first 7-14 days of campaigns going live. Websites and SEO take a bit longer to compound, but the strategy call will set realistic expectations for your trade and location.
Do you lock me into a contract?
No. All ongoing services are month-to-month. If we're not delivering, you can leave at any time without penalty.
What do I need to prepare?
Nothing formal. Just an idea of how many jobs a month you'd like to be doing, your average job value, and the suburbs you want to target. We'll handle the rest.
